The Keynote Lectures and Special Sessions at IEEE IATMSI 2026 are intended to highlight advanced research trends, emerging technologies, and visionary insights aligned with the conference themes. Keynotes bring distinguished experts to deliver high-impact talks, while Special Sessions provide a focused forum on specialized or cross-disciplinary topics.

Keynote Lectures should:

  • Inspire participants with high-level research insights.
  • Present emerging trends, major breakthroughs, or visionary perspectives.
  • Be delivered by highly distinguished researchers, industry leaders, or innovators.
  • Keynote talk tit;e must be aligned with any track of the IEEE IATMSI-2026.

Special Sessions aim to:

  • Explore focused or emerging research topics not fully covered in regular tracks.
  • Bring together experts working in niche or interdisciplinary domains.
  • Provide a platform for high-quality, thematic paper presentations

Rules and Policies for Keynotes and Special Sessions

Eligibility

  • Keynotes should be internationally recognized academicians, senior researchers, industrial experts, or innovators.
  • Special Session organizers must have prior publication or organizing experience.
  • Organizers cannot propose a Special Session solely for self-promotion.
  • Priority will be given to experts who are able to deliver their Keynote, and Special Session in-person (offline) at the conference venue.
  • Online/virtual sessions may be considered only in exceptional cases, subject to approval by the organizing committee.

Responsibilities of Special Session Organizers

  • Promote the session and invite high-quality submissions.
  • Ensure a minimum number of accepted papers as per conference policy.
  • Coordinate with TPC for the review process, ensuring fairness and quality.
  • Finalize the list of speakers and schedule by the given deadline.
  • Each special session will be conducted ONLY if a minimum of 20 paid registrations are received.

Benefits for Keynote Speakers & Special Session Organizers

Experts of approved Keynotes and Special Sessions at IEEE IATMSI 2026 will receive the following benefits as a token of appreciation for their contribution to the conference:

  1. Travel Support: Eligible organizers will receive 3AC train travel reimbursement (as per institute and conference norms).
  2. Accommodation: Complimentary stay will be provided within the campus for the duration of the conference (subject to availability and prior confirmation).
  3. Conference Hospitality: Organizers will receive a special VIP Conference Kit, which includes premium conference materials and souvenirs.
  4. Access to conference sessions, networking events, and keynotes.
  5. Certificates: Each expert will be awarded a Certificate of Appreciation acknowledging their contribution and service to the conference.
  6. Recognition during the inaugural or valedictory sessions.
  7. All Keynote Speakers and Special Session Experts are fully exempt from paying the conference registration fee.

Important Dates

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: 31st December 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: 5th Jan. 2026
  • Final Program Submission: 10th Jan. 2026
